[目的]探讨团体心理辅导对护理士官学员心理健康水平及应付方式的影响,为提高护理士官学员心理健康水平提供行之有效的方法。[方法]选取某院38名护理士官学员分为2组作为被试,为其实施10次团体心理辅导活动。团体辅导前后采用SCL-90和简易应付方式问卷分别对2个组的学员施测,使用SPSS11.5统计软件包对数据结果进行配对样本的t检验。[结果]SCL-90量表的总分及10个因子分上差异均有统计学意义,简易应对方式问卷中的消极应对因子分差异显著,而积极应对因子分差异不显著。[结论]团体心理辅导可以提高护理士官学员的心理健康水平,可以减少其消极应对方式的应用。
[Objective] To explore the influence of group psychological counseling on mental health level and coping style of nursing students and provide an effective way to improve their mental health. [Methods] A total of 38 nursing officers from a hospital were divided into 2 groups as subjects, and 10 group psychological counseling activities were conducted for them. Before and after the group counseling, SCL-90 and simple coping style questionnaire were used to measure the students in two groups respectively, and SPSS11.5 statistical package was used to test the t-test of the data samples. [Results] The total scores of SCL-90 scale and the scores of 10 factors were all statistically significant. There were significant differences in the negative coping factors in the simple coping style questionnaire, while the positive coping factors were not significantly different. [Conclusion] Group psychological counseling can improve the mental health of nursing students and can reduce the application of their negative coping styles.
