对41例肺癌患者11项凝血指标进行了分析,28例(占61％)符合高凝状态;使用潘生丁、复方丹参片治疗2周,不能改善高凝状态;腺癌患者TT及FDP远高于其他类型肺癌;Ⅲ～Ⅳ期肺癌患者Fl高于Ⅱ期患者含量。
