磁粒的加工能力不仅受加工间隙、磁场强度、磁粒的成分和粒度、磁极的旋转速度和进给速度、加工材料的导磁性能以及磨料液等因素的影响,而且受磁极形状的影响。本文在介绍自由曲面磁粒光整加工原理的基础上,通过实验对采用球头磁极加工曲面存在的问题进行了研究分析,并找到了具体解决的办法。实验表明工具磁极表面开槽可以大幅度地提高磁粒加工的能力和使用范围
The machining ability of the magnetic particles is affected not only by the machining gap, the magnetic field strength, the composition and particle size of the magnetic particles, the rotational speed and the feed speed of the magnetic poles, the magnetic permeability of the processed material and abrasive fluid, but also by the shape of the magnetic poles. In this paper, based on the introduction of the theory of free-form surface magnetic particle finishing, the problems existing in the processing of the curved surface with ball-end magnetic pole have been studied and analyzed through experiment, and the concrete solution has been found.
