柠檬果实营养丰富,含有较多的柠檬酸、氨基酸、维生素C及维生素D,具有调节心血管功能、杀菌、消炎、开胃及健脾之功效。其果皮、叶片及花瓣中含有的芳香油,是食品、香料工业的高级原料。果皮中含有的类黄酮糖苷、果胶和维生素,又是医药工业原料。总之,柠檬用途十分广泛。作者于1985~1988年对国内种植的3个柠檬品种果实的理化特性,作了比较研究。现报道如下,以供有关生产部门及广大消费者参考。
Lemon fruit is rich in nutrients and contains more citric acid, amino acids, vitamin C and vitamin D. It regulates cardiovascular functions, sterilizes, anti-inflammatory, appetizers and spleen. The peel, leaves and petals contained in the aromatic oil, food, spices industry’s advanced raw materials. Peel contains flavonoids glycosides, pectin and vitamins, but also the pharmaceutical industry raw materials. In short, the use of lemon is very wide. The author made a comparative study on the physicochemical properties of three lemon cultivars grown in China from 1985 to 1988. Are reported below, for the production department and the vast number of consumers for reference.
