一、概述车床在金属切削加工中占较大数量,加工尺寸主要靠手柄上的刻度盘来控制。手柄刻度盘的刻度值,每格标示直线位移为0.02毫米,反映在加工直径上其变化则为0.04毫米。由于丝杠和螺母间存在着一定的间隙,靠刻度重复定位是不可靠的,尤其是控制0.01毫米的尺寸公差,光靠刻度而不通过试切就更难以达到。因而,反复试切和测量,就成为普通车床控制加工尺寸的普遍方法,这就使车床加工精度和效率的提高都受到限制。
