论述了一个以IBM—PC微型机为基础,以可编程序控制器S5—115U为控制站的小规模分布式过程控制系统GPDPCS的设计与实现,介绍了系统硬件、软件组成结构,提出了一种用于过程控制数据流描述的数据模块编程语言DBPL概念,并对DBPL语言的结构、编程方法和执行技术做了重点论述。最后,通过一个GPDPCS应用实例,说明了系统的应用方法、特性和进一步应用开发的前景。
This paper discusses the design and implementation of a small-scale distributed process control system GPDPCS based on IBM-PC microcomputer and programmable logic controller S5-115U as control station. The hardware and software composition of the system are introduced, and a The concept of DBPL, a data module programming language used in process control data flow description, is discussed. The structure, programming method and execution technology of DBPL language are emphatically discussed. Finally, through a GPDPCS application example, describes the application of the system, features and prospects for further application development.
