用透射电镜观察和比较了交配后4~7天兔胚泡的内细胞团细胞细微结构的变化。结果表明,交配后5天胚泡中的内细胞团细胞排列成单层,并在内侧出现原始内胚层以后,内细胞团细胞开始分化。我们的观察显示,兔胚泡的原始内胚层不是由内细胞团分层形成,而可能是由分散在胚泡壁滋养层内侧、形态与内细胞团细胞相似的一些细胞衍生而成。本文并对极滋养层的断裂和消失全过程进行了描述和讨论。
Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to observe and compare the changes of fine cell structure in the inner cell mass of rabbit blastocysts 4 to 7 days after mating. The results showed that, within 5 days after mating, the inner cell mass cells in the blastocyst arranged in a monolayer, and after the primitive endoderm appeared in the inner part, the inner cell mass cells began to differentiate. Our observations indicate that the primary endoderm of rabbit blastocysts is not delaminated by the inner cell mass but may be derived from cells that are similar in shape to the inner cell mass cells that are scattered inside the trophoblast of the blastocyst. This article describes and discusses the whole process of the rupture and disappearance of polar trophoblast.
