四川松林河流域开发有限公司是中国水电建设集团四川电力开发有限公司下属的一家专业从事电能生产和销售、水电项目开发、建设、投资、经营、水电技术咨询、服务及综合利用的有限责任公司。公司成立于2002年12月30日,2004年8月,公司通过资产并购重组,吸收优质资产后,改组为国有控股有限责任公司。2006年,中国水电建设集团四川电力开发有限公司成为公司控股股东,从而使公司实现了里程碑式的飞跃。
Sichuan Songlin River Basin Development Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company affiliated to China Hydropower Engineering Group Sichuan Electric Power Development Co., Ltd., which specializes in electric power production and sales, hydropower project development, construction, investment, operation, hydropower technology consultation, service and comprehensive utilization. The company was established on December 30, 2002, August 2004, the company through asset mergers and acquisitions, absorbing high-quality assets, reorganized into a state-controlled limited liability company. In 2006, China Hydropower Construction Group Sichuan Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. became the controlling shareholder of the company, which enabled the company to achieve a milestone leap forward.
