报道用半导体激光(LD)泵浦的微型1.06μmNd:YAG全固化激光器。用1W的LD作为泵浦光源,得到420mWTEM_(00)模的1.06μm连续激光输出,输出功率稳定性优于±3%,光束发散角小于4mrad,体积小,适于用作光纤放大器的泵浦光源,在光纤通信系统和光纤传感系统中有光明的应用前景。
A miniature 1.06 μm Nd: YAG fully cured laser pumped with a semiconductor laser (LD) was reported. A 1W LD was used as the pump light source to obtain a continuous laser output of 1.06μm with 420mW TEMM 00 mode. The output power was better than ± 3%, the beam divergence was less than 4mrad and the volume was small. Pu source, optical communication systems and optical fiber sensing system in a bright future.
