目的探讨对氧磷酶2(paraoxonase2,PON2)基因多态性与脑梗死(cerebralinfarction,CI)的关系。方法用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性分析法探查PON2基因C311S多态性在脑梗死组、无栓对照组和正常对照组的基因频率。结果发现中国广西人存在PON2基因C311S多态性,C/S等位基因频率为0203/0797。脑梗死组患者PON2基因的C等位基因频率显著高于无栓对照组和正常对照组(P<005)。结论中国人脑梗死患者PON2基因第311位密码子的多态性与脑梗死的遗传学基础有关,C等位基因是动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的易感基因之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between paraoxonase 2 (PON2) gene polymorphism and cerebral infarction (CI). Methods Polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to detect the gene frequency of C311S polymorphism of PON2 gene in cerebral infarction group, non-tethered control group and normal control group. The results showed that Guangxi PON2 gene C311S polymorphism exists, C / S allele frequency 0203/0797. The frequency of C allele of PON2 gene in patients with cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that in non-tethered control group and normal control group (P <005). Conclusion The polymorphism of codon 311 of PON2 gene in Chinese patients with cerebral infarction is related to the genetic basis of cerebral infarction. C allele is one of the susceptible genes in atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.
