目的:建立铁包金根、茎HPLC特征图谱,为该药材质量评价研究提供参考。方法:采用HPLC构建24批不同产地不同种类铁包金根、茎的特征图谱,通过聚类分析和主成分分析对特征图谱进行化学模式识别。结果:以11个共有峰为特征指纹信息构建HPLC特征图谱,9批细叶勾儿茶和多叶勾儿茶根为一类,12个细叶勾儿茶和多叶勾儿茶的茎和3个多叶勾儿茶的根聚为一类。结论:HPLC特征图谱的构建为铁包金根、茎的质量评价研究提供参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the HPLC characteristics of iron-coated roots and stems and to provide references for the quality evaluation of the medicinal materials. Methods: Twenty-four batches of different characters of iron-coated roots and stems were constructed by HPLC. The chemical pattern was identified by cluster analysis and principal component analysis. Results: HPLC fingerprint was constructed based on 11 common peaks. Nine batches of Cotyledons and Clover root were classified into 12 groups, 12 Cotyledons and Clover The roots of 3 multi-leaf hooker tea are of a class. Conclusion: The construction of HPLC characteristic map provides a reference for the quality evaluation of ferruginous root and stem.
