为了有效解决农机安全监管“最后一公里”问题,提升农机监管水平,平谷区在北京市农机监理总站和平谷区农业局的正确领导下,积极推动完善村级农机安全监管体系建设,将农机安全监理工作纳入全科农技员的考核标准中,使得全科农技员在全区农机安全监理工作中发挥了积极作用。
