为使托盘、螺母与晶须锚杆配套,使其承载力达到国家钢托盘指标要求,公司科研部门研发出了全螺纹式树脂玻璃纤维晶须增强塑料杆体配套用的玻璃钢托盘、螺母组合件。目前国内外研究机构只有在增强工程塑料、改性环氧树脂中加入晶须材料进行实验研究,我们采用在热固性聚酯树脂为主要基料中加入适量晶须,因晶须与基体相容性很好,易于聚合物复合,可以有效地改善材料的力学性能、耐热性、摩擦磨损性等。
