三十烷醇是一种新型植物生长调节剂,是农业增产的一项新技术,具有使用浓度低,经济效益高和免污染的特点。在耳类上使用的效益如何?详细报道不多。本试验是在西园中学耳场进行实验,重点摸索三十烷醇对毛木耳的增产效果。现将实验结果初报如下: 一、材料与方法 (一) 三十烷醇:供试产品是我县科技实验站用蜂蜡提取的纯度87%晶体,乳剂是由酒精加吐温-80配制成500ppm浓度,再用井水稀释成各种所需的浓度。 (二) 供试菌种:引自三明真菌研究所AUP-781号毛木耳。自制塑料袋栽培种,其配方为78%蔗渣,20%麸皮,1%碳酸钙,
