铁道部科技局会同工业总局、车辆局,于1985年7月25～30日在哈尔滨市召开了标准审查会议,对戚墅堰机车车辆工艺研究所组织制订的《机车车辆工艺文件编号方法》等九项部标准进行了审查。在协商一致的基础上通过了九项标准送审稿。其中除对《车辆用高磷闸瓦技术条件标准》送审稿个别条款需待有关局协商取得一致意见后,再由戚所整理成报批稿上报审批外,其余八项希望戚所根据会议意见进行整理,尽快提出标准报批稿报
The Bureau of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Railways, in conjunction with the General Administration of Industry and Vehicles Bureau, held a standard review meeting on July 25-30, 1985 in Harbin City. Nine items of “Numbering Method for Rolling Stock Vehicles” were formulated by Qi Shuyan Rolling Stock Technology Research Institute Ministry standards were reviewed.
