为保障高速动车组安全运行和满足牵引变流器研发及维护的需要,设计开发了高速动车组牵引变流器关键数据记录及解析系统。本系统以标准CPCI-6U结构数据采集板卡为基础,实现了对模拟信号、高低速数字信号的采集、记录工作,并能通过以太网接口与上位机进行数据传输,完成数据解析。该系统已在多款动车组牵引变流器中得到应用,在实际故障分析中提供了准确的现场数据,为牵引变流器的研发、调试及维护提供了依据。
In order to ensure the safe operation of high-speed EMU and meet the needs of R & D and maintenance of traction converter, a key data recording and analysis system of traction converter for high-speed EMU was designed and developed. Based on the standard CPCI-6U data acquisition board, this system realizes the collection and recording of analog signals and high and low speed digital signals, and can transmit data with the host computer via Ethernet interface to complete the data analysis. The system has been applied in a variety of EMU traction converters, providing accurate field data in the actual fault analysis, which provides a basis for the development, debugging and maintenance of the traction converter.
