目的研究普外科多药耐药菌感染的临床特点及环境清洁消毒标准化干预措施预防效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取医院普外科于2014年1月-2016年5月期间98例出现多药耐药菌感染的患者作为对象,观察多药耐药菌种类及分布;同时比较在按照环境消毒标准化措施干预后,多药耐药菌的变化及病房清洁率情况。结果对98例感染灶分泌物进行培养,共检测出270株致病菌,其中203株为多药耐药菌,占75.19%;多药耐药菌检出以呼吸系统为主,共151株占74.38%;与未进行环境清洁消毒标准化措施干预相比,在环境清洁消毒标准化措施干预后可显著降低多药耐药菌浓度(P<0.05);在对普外科病房表面物体按照环境清洁消毒标准化措施干预后,物体表面的清洁率由40.55%提升至71.24%,干预前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多药耐药菌的耐药率较高,临床医师应根据病原学检查结果及药敏监测,针对性使用抗菌药物,同时应严格按照环境清洁标准干预措施实施,降低病房多药耐药菌感染。
Objective To study the clinical features of multidrug-resistant bacterial infections in general surgery and the standard preventive measures for environmental sanitation and disinfection, and to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods Ninety-eight patients with multidrug-resistant bacterial infections were selected from the department of general surgery from January 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital. The types and distribution of multidrug-resistant bacteria were observed. At the same time, , Changes in multidrug-resistant bacteria and ward cleanliness. Results A total of 270 strains of pathogens were detected in 98 cases of infected foci, of which 203 were multidrug-resistant, accounting for 75.19%. 151 were multi-drug resistant strains with respiratory system, Accounting for 74.38%. Compared with the intervention without standardization of environmental sanitation and disinfection, the concentration of multidrug-resistant bacteria could be significantly reduced after intervention of environmental sanitation and disinfection standardization (P <0.05) After the intervention of standardized measures, the surface cleaning rate increased from 40.55% to 71.24%, and the difference was statistically significant before and after the intervention (P <0.05). Conclusions Multi-drug resistant bacteria have higher drug resistance rate. Clinicians should use antimicrobial drugs according to the results of pathogen test and drug susceptibility monitoring. At the same time, clinicians should strictly follow the environmental clean standard interventions to reduce the multi-drug resistant bacteria infection.
