有关专家认为,我国农业应瞄准国际“菜篮子”,把发展果菜出口作为突破口,带动整个农业结构的优化升级。这些年,我国果品和蔬菜生产突飞猛进。1999年全国蔬菜产量达3亿多吨,人均占有300多千克;果品人均占有40多千克。但不时出现的卖果难、卖菜难也给农民增添了烦恼。
