本文介绍了普通卧式铣床改造成自动加工齿条专用机床的技术过程,采用开环控制系统,分齿误差采用脉冲补偿法消除,加工应用证明改造是成功的.
This paper introduces the technical process of the ordinary horizontal milling machine transformed into the automatic processing rack dedicated machine tool. The open loop control system is adopted. The error of the splitter is eliminated by the pulse compensation method. The machining application proves that the reforming is successful.
