采用恒温培养方法,通过模拟土壤污染,研究了不同浓度、不同胁迫时间下铜和铬复合胁迫对棕壤和潮土中脲酶、过氧化氢酶及蔗糖酶活性的影响。结果表明:铜和铬复合胁迫对棕壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性呈抑制作用,对蔗糖酶活性呈激活作用;对潮土三种土壤酶活性均呈抑制作用;棕壤中,随着铜和铬浓度的增大,脲酶和过氧化氢酶受抑制程度增大而蔗糖酶受激活程度减小;潮土中,三种酶受抑制程度均随铜和铬浓度增大而增大;两种土壤中,脲酶和过氧化氢酶对铜和铬复合胁迫较为敏感,处理20 d抑制率达最大,而蔗糖酶在处理30 d时,活性受铜和铬影响程度最大。
The effects of copper and chromium stress on the activities of urease, catalase and sucrase in brown soil and alluvial soil were studied by means of thermostatic incubation and simulated soil pollution. The results showed that the combination of Cu and Cr had inhibitory effects on urease and catalase activities of brown soil and activated sucrase activity, but inhibited enzyme activity of three kinds of soil in moist soil. In brown soil, And chromium concentration increased, the inhibition of urease and catalase increased and the activation of sucrase decreased. In the alluvial soil, the inhibition of three enzymes increased with the increase of copper and chromium concentration. Two Among the soils, urease and catalase were more sensitive to copper and chromium stress, with the highest inhibitory rate 20 days after treatment, while the activity of sucrase was the most affected by copper and chromium after 30 days of treatment.
