为实现家禽种蛋孵化环境的监控,设计了一种由孵化环境执行终端和无线监控终端组成的无线家禽种蛋孵化环境监控系统。该系统以数字传感器采集种蛋孵化环境参数,通过半导体制冷技术、Zigbee无线通信技术以及经典的PID控制算法实现对家禽种蛋孵化环境的温湿度控制。结果表明,该系统具有温湿度控制精度高、制冷效果好、响应时间短、操作方便以及无线通信距离远等优点,其种蛋孵化率达96%,能应用于家禽种蛋的孵化生产。
In order to monitor the hatching environment of poultry eggs, a wireless poultry hatching environment monitoring system consisting of a hatchery environment executive terminal and a wireless monitoring terminal was designed. The system uses digital sensors to collect hatching environmental parameters of eggs and controls the temperature and humidity of poultry hatching environment through semiconductor refrigeration technology, Zigbee wireless communication technology and classical PID control algorithm. The results show that the system has the advantages of high accuracy of temperature and humidity control, good cooling effect, short response time, easy operation and long distance of wireless communication. The hatching rate of the eggs reaches 96% and can be used in the hatching production of poultry eggs.
