随着我国经济的不断发展,财政体制也在不断的完善,通过内容、类型、指导思想的改进,使我国财政事业的发展逐步达到了一个新的层次。在新财政体制的影响下,财务的管理也越来越复杂和多样。随着新体制的执行,行政事业单位的财务管理模式在发展的同时也出现了很多缺点和不足,本文将分析讨论在新财政体制下行政事业单位财务管理的发展和不足。
With the constant development of our economy, the financial system is constantly being improved. With the improvement of content, type and guiding ideology, the development of China’s financial industry has gradually reached a new level. Under the influence of the new fiscal system, financial management has become more and more complex and diverse. With the implementation of the new system, the financial management mode of the administrative units has also presented many shortcomings and deficiencies. This article will analyze and discuss the development and deficiencies of the financial management of the administrative units under the new fiscal system.
