抛雪离心风机工作时,其内部流动是三维非稳态不可压缩的气固两相流动。按整车参数和清雪要求设计了1套抛雪离心风机,并采用CFD方法对其内部流场进行了数值模拟,初步揭示了其内部流场的速度和压力分布。在详细分析速度场和压力场的基础上,对抛雪离心风机的结构参数进行了优化,得到了4叶片、后倾10°的抛雪效率高的抛雪离心风机结构。
When throwing snow centrifugal fan work, its internal flow is three-dimensional non-steady incompressible gas-solid two-phase flow. According to the vehicle parameters and snow clearance requirements, a set of snow throwing centrifugal fans was designed. The CFD method was used to simulate the internal flow field and the velocity and pressure distribution of the internal flow field were revealed. Based on the detailed analysis of the velocity field and the pressure field, the structural parameters of the snow thrower centrifugal fan were optimized, and the thrown snow thrusters with 4 blades and 10 ° inclination were obtained.
