1992年8月,我们在福建南部林区开展蜱传莱姆病调查的同时,开展了北亚热的血清流行病学调查,发现人群中存在感染病例,这是福建南部继发现莱姆病后又新发现的一种危害性严重的蜱传自然疫源性疾病。调查点人群采静脉血,分离血清93份,冷冻备检。采用间接免疫荧光法(IFA)检测北亚热抗体,北亚热抗原为中国预防医学科学院流行病学微生物学研究所提供的纯化抗原,用7.5%蔗糖缓冲液稀释点片,每孔10μl,吹干,冷丙酮固定,-30℃保存。荧光抗体为上海生物制品研究所生产的羊抗人IgG荧光抗体,工作滴
