以过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,通过聚苯醚与马来酸酐的再分配反应制备了末端带有马来酸酐基团的低分子质量聚苯醚(R-PPO),并采用R-PPO对环氧树脂(EP)改性。通过凝胶渗透色谱、核磁共振、红外光谱、电镜分析及各项性能测试对R-PPO改性环氧体系进行了研究。结果表明,EP与R-PPO相容性较好,EP/R-PPO固化体系呈两相结构,R-PPO以细小颗粒状均匀分散于EP连续相中。加入R-PPO后,在不牺牲体系的热稳定性能前提下有效地改善了EP的冲击性能及介电性能。
Using dibenzoyl peroxide as initiator, a low molecular weight polyphenylene ether (R-PPO) with maleic anhydride groups at the end was prepared by redistribution of poly (phenylene oxide) and maleic anhydride. R- PPO epoxy resin (EP) modified. The R-PPO modified epoxy system was investigated by gel permeation chromatography, 1H NMR, IR, SEM and various performance tests. The results show that EP has good compatibility with R-PPO, EP / R-PPO has a two-phase structure, and R-PPO is uniformly dispersed in EP continuous phase in the form of small particles. The addition of R-PPO effectively improves the impact and dielectric properties of EP without sacrificing the thermal stability of the system.
