《论语》与《福乐智慧》分别是我国汉族和维吾尔族历史上具有代表性的著作,同时又都是优秀的文学作品。两部著作中都充分运用了比喻的修辞手法来阐述各自的观点,增强了文章的艺术性。在比喻类型上,两部著作有相似的地方,但更多地是存在一些差异。《论语》与《福乐智慧》中的比喻类型丰富,体现了两本著作均善用比喻,但《论语》以借喻为主,而《福乐智慧》以明喻为主。这与两部著作所处的不同时代背景有关。
“Analects of Confucius” and “Happiness and Wisdom” respectively are the representative works in history of Han and Uygur nationalities in our country, and at the same time they are all excellent literary works. Both works fully utilize the rhetoric of figurative metaphors to expound their own opinions and enhance the artisticness of the essay. In the metaphorical type, the two books have similarities, but there are more differences. The analects of Confucius and the wisdom of happiness are rich in metaphorical style, which shows that both books are good metaphors, but the Analects of Confucius mainly uses metaphors while the wisdom of happiness is mainly of simile. This is related to the different historical backgrounds in which the two books are located.
