血培养是确立败血症诊断的重要依据,明确败血症的病原菌,对临床有针对性抗菌治疗至关重要,可以有效地降低病死率,提高治愈率。随着抗生素的广泛应用及不合理使用,细菌的耐药性日益增加,多重耐药菌株也不断出现.给治疗及预后带来极大困难。过去血培养一直用手工法检测,不仅培养周期长,且操作繁琐,易污染,难以满足临床的需要。随着计算机技术的发展,血液培养方法由手工、半自动发展到全自动仪器检测,不仅提高了阳性率,也大大缩短了检测时间。

With the development of computer technology, the method of blood culture has been developed from manual and semi-automatic to fully automatic instrument testing, which not only improves the positive rate but also greatly shortens the testing time.
