当今世界一切都在变, 惟一不变的就是变革。 随着世界经济一体化步伐的加快,中国经济正在以前所未有的速度与国际接轨,国内市场也成为国际市场的一部分,企业间的竞争亦变得越来越激烈和残酷。怎样才能在竞争中保持优势而立于不败之地,成为中国企业和企业家所思考的重要课题。 著名经济学家张维迎曾指出,中关村的企业很多,但赚钱的企业很少,因为他们缺乏核心竞争能力,“赚的是搬运工的钱”。企业的存亡取决于是否具有核心竞争能力,这种独特性具体表现为你所拥有的资源是买不来、拆不开、带不走、溜不掉的。 企业必须构建良性的产权和激励制度,使员工乐于学习对企业最有价值而不是对他个人最有价值的知识。
Everything in the world today is changing. The only constant is change. With the accelerating pace of world economic integration, China’s economy is being brought into line with international standards at an unprecedented speed.
