本文以西部少数民族青少年为调查对象,探讨青少年同一性形成的影响因素和重要作用。着重从青少年自身、家庭教育和社会环境等方面探讨青少年自我同一性的发展与自主建构对人格完善发展的具体影响。提出当代青少年同一性教育、研究中的一些启示,倡导加强对青少年自我认知的教育,创造良好环境,完善自我同一性,促进人格健康。
In this paper, the minority of adolescents in the west as the survey object to explore the influence of adolescent identity formation and the important role. It focuses on the concrete impact of the development of adolescent self-identity and autonomous construction on the perfection and development of personality from aspects of adolescent themselves, family education and social environment. It puts forward some enlightenments in the contemporary education and research on identity education for adolescents, advocates strengthening education on adolescent self-cognition, creating a good environment, improving self-identity and promoting personality health.
