应用DNA-RNA原位分子杂交方法对实验性新西兰兔主动脉粥样硬化斑块表层和深层细胞进行了研究,注意到斑块表层和深层细胞都有c-sis和c-myc基因表达,但斑块表层的泡沫细胞c-sis基因表达增加。结果提示:斑块表层细胞c-sis基因表达增加可能与单核细胞源性泡沫细胞有关。
The in situ hybridization of DNA-RNA was used to study the surface and deep layers of atherosclerotic plaque in experimental New Zealand rabbits. Both c-sis and c-myc genes were expressed in plaque surface and in deep layers The c-sis gene expression of foam cells in plaque surface increased. The results suggest that the increase of c-sis gene expression in plaque surface cells may be related to monocyte-derived foam cells.
