我院在1986年试行目标管理和责任制护理的基础上,开展了病案质量管理小组(简称质管小组)活动。实践证明,该项活动对加强病案管理,提高医护质量起着很好的推动作用。下面谈谈我们的做法和体会。一、质管小组人员组成与职能质管小组正、副组长由医务处主任,护理部主任和一位高年资主任医师担任,组员由病案助理员,各临床科室具有较丰富病案管理经验的主治医师和主管护师组成。质管小组受业务副院长的领导,是一个由医学专家、医疗护理业务骨干及懂病案管理业务的助理员参加,进行病案质量管理和监督检查的组织,其任务是协助医院领导进行病案管理,定期听取病案管理工作情况汇报,制订适应我院病案管理的一系
