十六年来,深圳在它的创业道路上留下了一串发展高科技产业的脚印: 一、以引进先进设备为先导,在较高的技术起点上发展经济。深圳工业起步以来,有一个特点,就是利用低成本优势,大力引进国外先进技术设备,让新建的工业项目建立在技术水平较高的起点上。据资料,在1980年至1985年创业初期,深圳经济特区（不包括蛇口工业区）,就引进5万美元以上的单机设备10052台（套）,10万美元以上的生产线（含装配线）56条。到1995年底,深圳市拥有工业固定资产原价为1005.79亿元,其中进口设备占89.2%（全国为47.1%）。这些设备的引进,使深圳的工业产品具有较高的技术合量,以强劲的锐势在国内外市场的竞争中站稳脚跟。
For the past 16 years, Shenzhen has left a trail in the development of high-tech industries in its pioneering path: First, it takes the introduction of advanced equipment as the guide and develops economy at a higher technological starting point. Since the beginning of Shenzhen Industrial, there is a feature that utilizes the advantages of low cost and vigorously introduces foreign advanced technology and equipment so that the newly-built industrial project can be built on the starting point of a higher technological level. According to statistics, from the early 1980s to the early 1985 business, Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (excluding Shekou Industrial Zone) imported 5,002 sets of stand-alone equipment (sets) of more than 50,000 US dollars and 56 production lines (including assembly lines) of more than 100,000 US dollars . By the end of 1995, the original price of industrial fixed assets in Shenzhen had reached 100.579 billion yuan, of which 89.2% were imported equipment (47.1% nationwide). The introduction of these devices has enabled Shenzhen’s industrial products to have a high technical capacity and has gained a firm foothold in the domestic and international market with strong and sharp momentum.
