室内模拟田间试验条件,研究了N、P肥对红壤呼吸强度和酶活性的影响。结果表明,施N肥脲酶、酸性磷酸酶,脱氢酶活性下降;施P肥脲酶、脱氢酶活性下降,酸性磷酸酶活性轻微上升;N、P肥对过氧化氢酶的活性影响很小。施肥引起了土壤呼吸强度的变化。鉴于取土田块施肥以无机肥为主,采用有机、无机肥配施,将更有利于土壤生态环境向良性方向发展。
Indoor simulation of field test conditions, N, P fertilizer on red soil respiration and enzyme activity. The results showed that the activity of urease, acid phosphatase and dehydrogenase decreased while the activity of urease and dehydrogenase decreased, while the activity of acid phosphatase increased slightly. N and P had little effect on the activity of catalase . Fertilization caused changes in soil respiration intensity. In view of taking the fertilizers to take the main form of inorganic fertilizers, the use of organic and inorganic fertilizers, will be more conducive to the development of the soil ecological environment in the positive direction.
