为了了解宜昌市医护人员职业枯竭的现状,并分析其特征,采用修订的MBI-GS量表对宜昌市内6所二级以上医院的400名医护人员进行了调查,使用SPSS Statistics Base17.0统计软件对数据进行处理。结果发现75.25%的被试者在情感枯竭、讥诮态度、降低自我效能感三个维度都出现枯竭的情况,只有4.25%的被试者在上述三个维度都不存在枯竭的情况,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01);女性医护人员三个维度都出现枯竭的情况要高于男性(p<0.01);护师三个维度都出现枯竭的情况要高于医师(p<0.05);不同年龄段的医护人员职业枯竭症状有所不同,35岁至45岁年龄段的医护人员职业枯竭症状最为严重(p<0.05)。表明宜昌市医护人员普遍存在职业枯竭症状,存在预防和矫治职业枯竭时,应特别关注女性医护人员、低年龄组医护人员以及护师等。
In order to understand the current situation of occupational exhaustion of medical staff in Yichang City and analyze its characteristics, a survey was conducted on 400 medical staff in 6 hospitals above Grade II in Yichang using the revised MBI-GS scale, using SPSS Statistics Base17.0 statistics The software processes the data. The results showed that 75.25% of the subjects were exhausted in the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion, cynical attitude and self-efficacy. Only 4.25% of the subjects did not have the exhaustion in the above three dimensions, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The exhaustion of female health care workers in all three dimensions was higher than that of males (p <0.01). The exhaustion of nurses in all three dimensions was higher than that of physicians (p <0.05) The symptoms of occupational depletion among health care workers in different age groups are different, and the symptoms of occupational exhaustion among medical staff aged 35 to 45 are the most serious (p <0.05). This indicates that there is widespread symptoms of occupational exhaustion among medical staff in Yichang City. When preventing and correcting occupational dryness, special attention should be paid to female medical staff, medical staff of lower age groups and nurses.
