从今年秋季开始,我省将有一部分小学进行九年制义务教育教学新大纲、教学新计划和试用新教材的整体实验。这项实验是科学性很强的研究和探索。它担负着为义务教育教材1993年在全国推广使用积累经验的使命,通过实验,研究和检验义务教育新教学大纲、教学计划和教材能否达到九年制义务教育的目的、任务和要求;它还担负着深化教育、教学改革,克服当前教育、教学上存在的一些弊端的使命,通过实验,探讨如何解决片面追求升学率、学生负担过重等问题。这项实验,关系到下个世纪社会主义建设人才的培养,民族素质的提高,意义十分重大。为配合这项实验,我刊从本期起开辟“义务教育教学新大纲学习辅导”专栏,一方面是帮助实验学校的教师和指导实验的同志学习新大纲,掌握新大纲精神,更好地开展实验工作;一方面,使尚未参加实验的广大教师、教研人员和教育行政负责同志对义务教育新大纲的主要精神有一个基本的了解,以促进当前的教学改革,进一步提高基础教育的教学质量;同时为1993年推广使用义务教育教学新大纲和教材打下良好的基础。从本期开始,先对小学语文和数学教学新大纲进行学习辅导,并交流学习心得。本专栏的开设得到人民教育出版社主持、参加制订义务教育教学新大纲的领导同志和专家们的支持,特表示衷心感谢。
Beginning this fall, our province will have a part of primary schools to carry out the whole experiment of the new outline of the nine-year compulsory education teaching, new teaching plans and trials of new teaching materials. This experiment is a very scientific research and exploration. It undertakes the mission of accumulating experience for compulsory education teaching materials throughout the country in 1993. Through experiments, it studies and examines whether the new syllabus, teaching plan, and teaching materials for compulsory education can meet the purpose, tasks, and requirements of the nine-year compulsory education; It also shoulders the mission of deepening education and teaching reforms and overcoming some of the shortcomings existing in education and teaching. Through experiments, it explores how to solve problems such as unilaterally pursuing higher enrollment rates and overburdened students. This experiment is related to the training of talents for socialist construction in the next century, and the improvement of the quality of the nation is of great significance. In order to cooperate with this experiment, this issue will open up a column entitled “New Counseling and Teaching for Studying and Counseling” from this issue. On the one hand, it will help teachers in experimental schools and comrades who guide experiments to learn new outlines, master the spirit of the new outline, and develop better. Experimental work: On the one hand, the majority of teachers, teaching and research personnel, and education and administrative comrades who have not yet participated in the experiment have a basic understanding of the main spirit of the new outline of compulsory education, in order to promote the current teaching reform and further improve the quality of basic education teaching; At the same time, it laid a good foundation for the promotion of the use of compulsory education in teaching new outlines and teaching materials in 1993.
