挖掘机工作装置铰接点的轴套配合间隙,直接影响工作装置作业的可靠性。轴套过盈配合设计不合理,会造成铰接点失效故障。利用Ans ys Workbe nch有限元分析软件对挖掘机轴套与支座在过盈状态下应力及变形情况进行分析,并与传统材料力学计算及实测数据进行比较,探索出一套行之有效的过盈配合分析方法。运用该方法能够避免在过盈配合设计中出现塑性变形和不合理的收缩量。
Excavator working device articulated point sleeve with the gap, a direct impact on the reliability of work device operations.
