为寻找烟—薯—烟连作障碍的解决措施,初步明确该模式下烤烟连作障碍的原因,2012年在广西大学农学院大棚内对连作障碍土壤进行不同灭菌处理,研究其对烤烟生长的影响。结果表明,高压灭菌和福尔马林灭菌均能改善烤烟的农艺性状和根系生长,提高叶片氮磷钾含量、生物量和根系活力,以高压灭菌效果最好。说明土壤灭菌能改善烟—薯—烟连作障碍。
In order to find a solution to the obstacle of continuous cropping of tobacco-potato-tobacco, the causes of continuous cropping obstacle in this model were clarified. In 2012, the continuous cropping-barrier soils were sterilized in the greenhouse of Guangxi Agricultural University to study their effects on the growth of flue-cured tobacco . The results showed that both autoclaving and formalin sterilization could improve agronomic traits and root growth of flue-cured tobacco and increase the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, biomass and root activity of leaves, and the autoclaving effect was the best. This shows that soil sterilization can improve tobacco-potato-tobacco continuous cropping obstacle.
