河北省唐山市国家税务局针对绩效管理框架体系中的个人重点工作工单存在的问题,持续跟踪调研,并结合工作实践探索解决措施。清理不良工单,规范工单制发流程。组织全市各级绩效办对所有部门工单进行清理。主动删除一般人员自主制发的高分工单,降低金税三期系统和税源管理平台同步工单的分值。明确规定只有部门正职能够制发工单,严格规范工单完成标准,凡是不能够准确反映工作成果的工单酌情扣分。
