目的了解阳山县食品和公共场所从业人员病毒性肝炎(HBV、HAV、HEV)、肠道沙门菌、志贺菌感染情况,为制定预防控制措施提供参考依据。方法对阳山县2006—2011年食品和公共场所从业人员健康体检结果进行分析。检测项目包括乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、e抗原(HBeAg)、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、沙门菌和志贺菌、甲型肝炎病毒(抗-HAV IgM)、戊型肝炎病毒(抗-HEV IgM)。结果 2006—2011年体检总人数为18 188人,检出ALT异常者846例,异常率为4.65%;检出沙门菌阳性11例,阳性率为0.06%;检出志贺菌阳性6例,阳性率为0.03%。其中2006—2009年体检人数为12 178人,检出HBsAg阳性1 089例,阳性率为8.94%;检出HBeAg阳性201例,阳性率为1.65%。2010—2011年体检人数为6 010人,检出抗-HAV IgM阳性2例,阳性率为0.03%;检出抗-HEV IgM阳性3例,阳性率为0.05%。结论阳山县食品和公共场所从业人员乙肝病毒携带率和ALT异常率均较高,应予以高度重视。
Objective To understand the prevalence of viral hepatitis (HBV, HAV, HEV), enteric Salmonella and Shigella in Yangshan food and public places and provide a reference for the development of prevention and control measures. Methods The health examination results of employees in food and public places in Yangshan County from 2006 to 2011 were analyzed. Test items include hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg), e antigen (HBeAg), serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), Salmonella and Shigella, Hepatitis A virus (anti-HAV IgM), hepatitis E virus Anti-HEV IgM). Results The total number of physical examination from 2006 to 2011 was 18 188, 846 cases with abnormal ALT were detected, the abnormality rate was 4.65%. 11 cases were positive for Salmonella, the positive rate was 0.06%. 6 cases were positive for Shigella, The positive rate was 0.03%. Among them, the number of physical examinations in 2006-2009 was 12 178, and 1 089 HBsAg positive cases were detected, the positive rate was 8.94%; 201 cases with HBeAg positive were detected, the positive rate was 1.65%. 2010-2011 physical examination population was 6 010 people, anti-HAV IgM positive were detected in 2 cases, the positive rate was 0.03%; detected anti-HEV IgM positive in 3 cases, the positive rate was 0.05%. Conclusion Yangshan County food and public places practitioners of hepatitis B virus carriers and ALT abnormalities were high, should be highly valued.
