目的:分析总结2微米激光治疗前列腺增生术后膀胱颈口瘢痕狭窄的疗效。方法:回顾性总结2006年1月~2012年1月应用经尿道2微米激光膀胱颈口瘢痕切除治疗的36例患者的临床资料和随访资料。结果:36例患者,既往行TURP术16例,耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除20例。两次手术间隔8个月~5年。本组患者均为膀胱颈口瘢痕性狭窄,内腔镜下表现为膀胱颈口呈圆孔形,周边为僵硬瘢痕组织。均行2微米激光瘢痕组织切除术。术后随访6~24个月,1例发生尿道外口狭窄,行4次尿道扩张后治愈。术后1个月时尿流率为12.3~28.9ml/s,平均(21.5±4.1)ml/s。结论:2微米激光治疗前列腺增生术后的膀胱颈口瘢痕狭窄效果良好。具有瘢痕再次形成率低,术中出血少的优点。
Objective: To analyze and summarize the curative effect of 2 μm laser on the stenosis of bladder neck and neck after benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: The clinical data and follow-up data of 36 patients who underwent transurethral resection of the bladder neck neck with transillumination from January 2006 to January 2012 were retrospectively reviewed. Results: Thirty-six patients underwent 16 TURP procedures and 20 underwent transurethral prostatectomy on the suprapubic. Two surgical interval of 8 months to 5 years. The patients were bladder neck cicatricial stenosis, endoscopic microscopic appearance of the bladder neck was round hole-shaped, surrounded by stiff scar tissue. All patients underwent 2-millimeter laser scar excision. The patients were followed up for 6-24 months. One case had urethral stenosis and was cured after 4 times of urethral dilatation. Urine flow rate was 12.3-28.9 ml / s at 1 month after operation, with an average of (21.5 ± 4.1) ml / s. Conclusion: The effect of 2-micron laser on the stenosis of bladder neck and neck after benign prostatic hyperplasia is good. Reduce the rate of scar formation again with less bleeding during surgery.
