目的调查分析反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染发生情况及防治措施。方法随机抽取2015年2月-2016年8月在该院就诊的RRTI患儿(年龄1~12岁)100例为观察组,另选取同期健康体检儿童50例为对照组,分别通过13C呼气试验及免疫比浊法测定Hp及免疫功能指标,比较分析Hp感染与患儿性别、年龄、家族史、微量元素缺乏及免疫功能等指标的关系。结果观察组Hp阳性率(42.00%)显著高于对照组的4.00%(P<0.05);观察组血清IgA、IgG水平分别为(0.61±0.22)、(6.18±1.87),均显著低于对照组的(1.79±0.86)、(8.23±2.69),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、有无家族史、≥2种微量元素缺乏、免疫球蛋白缺乏与否、家居通风不良与否、家中餐具公用与否RRTI患儿Hp感染率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hp感染是儿童发生RRTI的重要原因之一,且Hp感染与患儿年龄、家族史、微量元素缺乏、免疫功能及居住环境等有关,为此需重视RRTI患儿Hp检测,特别是有家族史患儿,同时及时补充微量元素,改善患儿免疫功能,加强家中空气流通,尽可能不公用餐具。
Objective To investigate the occurrence and prevention and treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI). Methods 100 cases of RRTI children (aged 1 ~ 12 years old) treated in this hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the observation group, 50 children of the same period were selected as the control group, and were respectively exhaled by 13C Test and immune turbidimetry Hp and immune function indicators, comparative analysis of Hp infection and gender, age, family history, trace element deficiency and immune function and other indicators. Results The positive rate of Hp in observation group (42.00%) was significantly higher than that in control group (4.00%, P <0.05). The levels of serum IgA and IgG in observation group were (0.61 ± 0.22) and (6.18 ± 1.87) (1.79 ± 0.86) and (8.23 ± 2.69), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). At different ages, there was no family history, ≥2 trace elements deficiency, lack of immunoglobulin, The prevalence of Hp infection in children with or without RRTL at home or at tableware was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Hp infection is one of the most important causes of RRTI in children, and Hp infection is related to children’s age, family history, lack of trace elements, immune function and living environment. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to Hp detection in RRTI children, especially family members History of children, while the timely addition of trace elements to improve children’s immune function, strengthen the air circulation at home, as far as possible unacceptable tableware.
