目的:探讨少年教养人员不同人格类型,了解不同人格类型少年教养人员成就动机、应对方式的差异,为少年教养工作者分类矫治提供理论依据。方法:应用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、成就动机量表(AMS)、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)及自拟一般情况问卷对88名少年教养人员进行调查。结果:通过Q型聚类分析得出3种人格类型,分别命名为:冲动型(Ⅰ类,n=37)、敌对型(Ⅱ类,n=32)和稳定型(Ⅲ类,n=19)。3种人格类型被试对象精神质、稳定性、掩饰性3个分量表评分差异有统计学意义(P均<0.001);Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类与Ⅲ类人员在成就动机评分上差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:少年教养人员的人格类型可分为冲动型、敌对型和稳定型,其成就动机和应对方式各有特点。应针对少年教养人员不同的人格类型及成就动机和应对方式进行分类矫治和管理。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the different personality types of juvenile staff and to understand the differences in achievement motivation and coping styles of juvenile staff with different personality types, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the classification and correction of juvenile correctional workers. Methods: A total of 88 junior staff members were investigated by EPQ, AMS, SCSQ and self-prepared questionnaires. Results: Three personality types were obtained by Q-type cluster analysis and named as impulsive type Ⅰ, n = 37, hostile type Ⅱ, n = 32 and type Ⅲ, n = 19 ). There were significant differences in mental health, stability and disguise among the three personality types among the three subscales (P <0.001). There was a statistically significant difference in achievement motivation scores between Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The personality types of juvenile staff can be divided into impulsive type, hostile type and stable type, and their achievement motivation and coping style have their own characteristics. Aiming at the different types of personality and accomplishment motivation and coping styles of juvenile correctional staff, the correction and management should be carried out.
