本文介绍了一种带有MP的高精度,宽频域智能频率计的实现方法。该仪器主要由微处理器,可编程器件和少量的集成电路组成。因而,具有可靠性高,测试过程自动化,测量结果准确和可测频率范围较宽等特点。并且,系统结构简单,易于实现。文章最后对仪器的测量精度也作了必要的理论分析。
This article describes a high-precision, wideband smart frequency meter with MP implementation. The instrument mainly by the microprocessor, programmable devices and a small amount of integrated circuits. Therefore, with high reliability, automated test process, accurate measurement results and a wide range of measurable frequency characteristics. Moreover, the system structure is simple and easy to implement. Finally, the article also made the necessary theoretical analysis of the measurement accuracy of the instrument.
