目的探讨母亲文化程度与学生健康饮食行为之间的关系。方法问卷调查吃蔬菜、吃水果、吃早餐、喝牛奶的报告率,共调查23 981名12~23岁学生。结果 5个水平的母亲文化程度之间,不论男、女生,6个健康饮食行为指标的报告率均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。都表现为随着母亲文化程度增高,健康饮食行为报告率也逐渐增高。结论健康饮食行为与母亲文化程度之间存在着密切关联,母亲文化程度低的需要重点关注。
Objective To explore the relationship between maternal education and students’ healthy eating behavior. Methods A questionnaire survey of eating vegetables, eating fruits, eating breakfast and drinking milk was conducted. A total of 23 981 students aged 12 to 23 were surveyed. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the reported rates of 6 healthy eating behaviors between males and females at all 5 levels (all P <0.01). Both showed that with the increase of mother’s education level, the report rate of healthy eating behavior also gradually increased. Conclusion There is a close relationship between healthy eating behavior and mother’s education level. Mother’s education level needs to be focused on.
