本文研究了全氟代十一酸(FA)与硬脂酸(SA)共混物在气—水界面上的单分子膜性质,制备了其Langmuir—Blodgett(LB)膜。小角X光衍射测得LB膜单分子层的厚度为2.54nm左右。采用IR、UV和ESCA对LB膜的结构进行了表征,表明所制备的LB膜具有高度的均匀性,在每一层单分子膜中,两种羰基以与Cd~(+2)成络合物形式存在。以聚丙烯微孔膜为支撑膜,FA/SA共混LB膜为亲氧的功能膜,研究了其组成、结构与富氧性能之间的关系。对于十二层复合富氧膜,其功能层厚度仅为30nm左右,其氧/氮分离因子达2.6,氧气的透过率为1.01×10~(-2)cm~3(STP)/cm~2·Sec·cmHg,已具有工业应用价值。
In this paper, the monolayer properties of the blend of perfluoro-undecanoic acid (FA) and stearic acid (SA) at the gas-water interface were studied. Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films were prepared. Small angle X-ray diffraction measured LB monolayers thickness of about 2.54nm. The structures of LB films were characterized by IR, UV and ESCA. The results showed that the prepared LB films have a high degree of homogeneity. In each monolayer, two carbonyl groups are complexed with Cd ~ (+2) Form exists. The polypropylene microporous film as the supporting film, FA / SA blend LB film is the oxy-functional film, the relationship between the composition, structure and oxygen-rich performance. For the 12-layer composite oxygen-enriched membrane, the functional layer has a thickness of only about 30 nm, an Oxygen / Nitrogen separation factor of 2.6 and an oxygen permeability of 1.01 × 10 -2 cm -3 (STP) / cm ~ 2 · Sec · cmHg, already has the industrial application value.
