随着原子吸收光谱分析方法的发展,广大工人科技人员在实践中积累了丰富的有关干扰方面的资料,对原子吸收光谱中干扰的认识越来越深刻。早期有人认为“原子吸收方法既无光谱干扰又无化学干扰”的说法实践证明是错误的。与发射光谱法及比色法比较,原子吸收光谱法受到元素间的干扰及其他干扰虽然较少,并较易克服,但在某些情况下还是不可忽视的。为了得到正确的分析结果,了解干扰的来源及其抑制方法是重要的。
