电压安全问题严重威胁电力系统的安全运行。根据作用时间和机理的不同 ,电压安全问题分为暂态安全和静态安全两个方面 ,后者包括静态电压稳定和静态电压偏移。文中将静态电压安全与概率充分性分析结合起来 ,研究在不同负荷水平下、考虑发电和输电元件随机故障时的静态电压安全问题 ,模拟有效的控制措施 ,建立量化的概率风险评价指标 ,给出了相应的算法流程 ,并以IEEE RTS为例 ,讨论了负荷模型对静态电压安全的影响以及静态电压安全对概率充分性的影响 ,完善了概率充分性分析的模型 Voltage safety problems seriously threaten the safe operation of the power system. According to the difference of action time and mechanism, voltage safety problems are divided into transient safety and static safety. The latter includes static voltage stability and static voltage offset. In this paper, static voltage safety and probability sufficiency analysis are combined to study the static voltage safety problems under different load levels, considering the random failures of power generation and transmission elements, and to simulate effective control measures to establish the quantitative probability risk evaluation index. The corresponding algorithm flow is presented. Taking IEEE RTS as an example, the influence of load model on static voltage safety and the influence of static voltage safety on probability sufficiency are discussed.
