1977年起,我们开展了~(60)Coγ射线辐射在水稻花药单倍体育种中应用的研究.现将有关辐射处理对诱导率、分化率和花粉苗株生长发育的影响报告如下:一、材料和方法供试材料,1977年为常规品种,有501、501选、沙刁早选、粳掉1号、台南3号、南粳33、辽丰60等.1978年有杂交稻南优2号、汕优2号;籼籼交南京11×IR28、V20A×IR661、二九南1号A×IR24、IR28×南京11;籼粳交南早A×粳7624、IR34×36天、万年青×(日本晴×南京11);粳粳交晚选229、罗米欧×螃蟹谷、RengoA×(69×农垦19)×
