西 客站过街钢桥是北京西客站工程的重要组成部 分。它位于主站房北广场的东西两侧。钢桥共分三层,底层为人行通道,二、三层为多功能厅和餐饮等商业网点。 钢桥全长为57.925米,跨度为51.75米,截面尺寸为12.24米×7.45米,距地面净空高度为5米,每座钢桥总重为468吨。 按照设计要求,主体为焊制型钢全焊透结构。一级焊缝100％无损探伤合格。 这就对预制安装工作在施工方案的编制,工艺技术措施的制定以及材料、机械的选择等诸多方面带来了极大的困难。尤其是第一次承接这种大吨位钢结构工程的北京市设备安装工程公司金属容器公司的领导和每一位工程技术人员是感到责任重大,压力重大。
