一、任务的提出在检验外螺纹时主要测量如图1中所示的一些螺纹参数:中径 d_2;螺距 P,牙形角α或牙形半角α_1、α_2;外径 d;内径 d_3。最熟习的一些机械测量方法,这些螺纹参数不能彼此无关地一一求出,因此通常这些参数的测量是相当困难的。特别是对小直径螺纹数据的测量,都采用无接触的光学方法,其标准方式就是用测量显微镜测量螺纹截面的外形尺寸。

Most familiar with some mechanical measurement methods, these thread parameters can not be obtained independently of each other one by one, so usually the measurement of these parameters is quite difficult. Especially for the measurement of small diameter thread data, are non-contact optical method, the standard way is to measure the external dimensions of the thread cross-section measurement microscope.
